This watermelon margarita "mocktail" tastes similar to the real thing, but is non-alcoholic...so even the kids can enjoy it (and definitely will :) ). It is very a refreshing drink and perfect for those hot summer days. For a more authentic margarita style drink, rub lime on edge of glass and dip in sea salt (you may want to skip this step for the kiddies).

Slushies are great on a warm day, but commercial slushies you'd buy at the corner mart are full of refined sugars like high fructose corn syrup. These slushies on the other hand are not. They are sweetened with fresh fruit and Stevia, so they are great for you! And you can make just about any flavor, or even a combination of flavors. (I've listed a few of our favorite combos below.) If desired, you can also use frozen fruit instead of fresh, but will probably need to use less ice and/or a little more water. If you have a Vita-mix, leave the peels on your fruits that have an edible peel (such as apples), as they add extra vitamins and nutrients.
