Chocolate-Minty Green Shake *

Two of my most favorite flavor combination’s are what makes this shake so scrumptious…chocolate and mint. This shake gets its minty flavor and a boost of greens/omega 3s from the flavored greens powder.

Strawberry Julius Smoothie *

A refreshing, fruity, and good for you version of a Strawberry Julius. This one uses stevia for sweetening and is definitely healing diet approved.

Refreshing Berry-Mint Yogurt Smoothie *

Smoothies are great for a quick breakfast or a mid-day snack. This one is a yummy pick-me-up and is so refreshing with the added mint.

Vanilla-Chocolate Chip Shake *

This vanilla shake with chocolate chips (cacao nibs) is a classic flavor combination and makes a great meal replacer, or an in-between snack to hold you until your next meal. If you like mint, try adding a few fresh mint leaves or several drops of peppermint extract for an extra refreshing flavor.

Peanut-Butter Chocolate Shake *
