These grain-free cookies are great with a cold glass of milk or a hot cup of tea. I love them, as well as do my children. Rolling the cookies in maple sugar (or rapadura) before baking gives them an extra crunchiness on the outside…not to mention just adds that special festive touch. Great for the holidays! The cookies are fairly easy to make, as everything is done in the food processor. Quick and easy

These chocolate muffins are made with coconut flour, which is very nutritious. Coconut flour is made from the meat of the coconut so it has a slightly sweet taste already, meaning you can use less sugar in your recipes. These muffins are light and fluffy in texture and loaded with chocolaty flavor…….with the coconut-pecan topping, they remind you of a german chocolate cake except with out all the super-sugary icing.

This fudge is a great treat for all you chocolate lovers out there who are on the healing diet, or just those watching your sugar intake. You may use whatever nuts you prefer, or omit them if you wish. If you are not on a sugar-restricted diet, feel free to sweeten this fudge with about 1 to 2 Tablespoons of raw honey instead of stevia.

These little coconut macaroon bites are lightly sweetened morsels of coconut goodness. They are so incredibly moist inside, you will not want to eat just one. If you are not on the healing diet, or some other sugar-restricted diet, you can use 2 Tbsp. of raw honey to sweeten these yummy macaroons instead of the stevia.
