Deviled Eggs are a great source of protein and make for an excellent snack anytime of the day. They are relatively easy to prepare and make great appetizers for parties. If making for a party, simply double or triple the recipe as needed.

These muffins are made with coconut flour, which is high in fiber and protein. The lemony flavor of these muffins combine with the blueberries so well. These are by far my favorite coconut flour blueberry muffin recipe.

Two of my most favorite flavor combination’s are what makes this shake so scrumptious…chocolate and mint. This shake gets its minty flavor and a boost of greens/omega 3s from the flavored greens powder.

This coconut flour pound cake recipe is wonderfully delicate and moist. The grapefruit juice and yogurt combined really gives the cake a sweet, yet tart flavor. It would be just as delicious with lemon, lime, or orange juice/zest. If you are not on the healing diet, or some other sugar restricted diet, feel free to sweeten this with some raw honey in place of the stevia.
