Sour Cream & Onion Dip *

Who wants to eat the chemical-preservative laden store-bought dip, when you can make this homemade sour cream & onion dip at home…considering how easy it is. Every time I make this dip it gets eaten up the same day…within hours of making it actually. We eat it with anything from homemade potato chips to raw veggies, such as carrot or celery sticks.

Creamy “Homemade” Buttermilk Ranch Dressing *

Homemade dressings are always so much better. They taste better AND they are a much healthier option. This homemade creamy ranch dressing is no exception. Adjust the spices/seasonings to suit your taste. For a zestier/semi-spicy dressing, I sometimes add a little ground cayenne pepper to the dressing. This dressing can also double as a dip for fresh veggies.

Quick & Easy Hummus *

This hummus is super quick and easy, is cheaper to make and tastes far better than any pre-made store-bought hummus. Serve this hummus dip with plenty of raw vegetables, such as cucumber, carrots, celery and so on.

Sun-dried Tomato & Garlic Hummus *

This sun-dried tomato hummus is very rich and very tasty. Though it takes a little more time to make……it is soooooo worth it! If you serve this at a party you will be sure to get plenty of compliments. It tastes far better than any pre-made store-bought hummus. Serve this hummus dip with plenty of raw vegetables, such as cucumber, carrots, celery and so on.

Lemon-Caper Sauce *

This sauce has the perfect balance of lemony-ness and buttery-ness. It is perfect served over fish, chicken, veggies, or pasta.

Salmon Dip *

This salmon dip is easy to prepare, is good for you, and tastes great with an assortment of vegetables (especially sweet bell peppers). Serve this at a party, or just for an everyday snack.
