In this class you will learn to:
- Take care of a sourdough starter.
- Where to find a reliable sourdough starter (purchase options will be available).
- How to use sourdough to make the healthiest possible baked goods.
- Flour types – the best for health and taste.
- Why sourdough products are greatly reduced in gluten making them more useable by people with intolerance issues.
In this demonstrative class you will get to observe multiple sourdough foods being made in LIVE in-person, so when you get home you will have the confidence to make delicious, healthy sourdough baked goods in your own kitchen. The health aspects of sourdough will be explained in detail.
