  2. I received my book and fermenting kit. I am excited to try it. I have made simple sauerkraut before, but look forward to trying the variety of condiments and sides that are in the cook book. Instructions look very easy to follow.

    I grew up around all this, but sadly never learned any of it before it was too late! I recall many great fermented foods growing up being part of every meal.
