The coconut milk in this whole-grain dessert lends a richness and also a sweetness (along with the raisins). Which in turn lessens the need for a lot of extra sweetener. This is a very simple, yet satisfying dessert that anyone would enjoy.

These baked oatmeal squares are easy to make, and can be topped or filled with any fruit you like. When serving these, for an extra special touch top each square with a pat of real butter and a light drizzle of maple syrup.

Bake Breaded Cod

This fish recipe is great when you want that breaded fish taste, but don’t feel like the mess that comes with frying. The fillets taste delicious when prepared this way, and have a great texture from the almond meal. This recipe is suitable for many different kinds of white fish, though cooking times will vary slightly.
