This salmon is easy to prepare and tastes great. One picky eater in my family, who doesn’t care to eat salmon very often, actually enjoys it when prepared this way. I usually serve it with a little brown rice that has been cooked in broth and seasoned with a pinch of ground ginger, and a side of cucumber-radish salad.

Corn is one of my favorite vegetables….and I love it in this chowder with salmon. This dish is easy to prepare and utilizes canned salmon for convenience. Don’t forget to add some shredded cheddar cheese on top, it adds that finishing touch.

This is my favorite way to serve salmon. The kids really like it too. If you are allowed, not on the healing diet, definitely serve this over some brown basmati rice…Mmmmmmm!
