I have an electric ceramic cooktop myself and that is what I tested the cookware on. The cookware did wonderfully on my ceramic cooktop, the bottom of the pans are really pretty smooth so there is no real concern of scratching the cooktop when moving the pan on the stove. 

I do not have access to gas or conventional electric cooktops, so did not get to test the cookware using those methods. I am almost certain that it would work on those surfaces as well.

And with ALL cooking surfaces the only thing to keep in mind is that you should not need to use much over medium heat. The ceramic heats up fairly quickly so the preheating time needed is minimal.</description>

		<description>Your review of the Extrema Ceramic cookware did not indicate what kind of stovetop was used.  Does this cookware do equally well on gas, electric and Ceramic cooktops?  I would like to know how this cookware would do on the Ceramic cooktops.</description>
