Lemonade or Limeade *

This lemonade is a very refreshing drink on a hot day…though I like a glass almost anytime! If you like a less lemony-lemonade, you may adjust the amount of juice used to your liking. You can also sweeten the lemonade with honey or another un-refined sweetener if you are not on the healing diet or some other sugar-restricted diet.

Put the first two ingredients in a glass. Stir, add several drops of stevia and taste to check sweetness. Add more stevia if needed. Put some ice cubes in the glass if you wish and…..Enjoy!

Makes 1 drink.
