Peanut-Butter Chocolate Shake *

Two favorite flavor combination’s are what makes this shake so delicious…chocolate and peanut-butter. It’s great for an in-between meal/snack.

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao (Chocolate) Powder – (see our store)
  • 2 Tablespoons Valencia Peanut-butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure chocolate extract, optional
  • 2 Tablespoons filtered water
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh liquid Whey (see how to obtain whey)
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • NuNaturals Pure Liquid™ Clear Stevia™, to taste

Add the first 7 ingredients in a blender. Blend on high, until thoroughly combined. Next add the crushed ice and blend until combined. Add the stevia a little at a time, blending in-between additions, until it’s as sweet as you would like it. Serve in a tall glass.

Serves 1.
