Make That 1 Change.

Wow! It is 2012, Happy New Year. The new year brings new opportunity. I kind of look at the new year as a time to start fresh. Pick something you want to learn or change in your life and make it a point to work toward. May I suggest a health change?

Here is what I often share with people when I am consulting them about health changes. Making changes in your life can often appear overwhelming. A ship crossing the ocean can make one small change in it’s course, just a degree say, and instead of arriving in England it ends up somewhere in Africa. Making one real change today and staying with it can be a great way to work toward better health. Pick something simple. Maybe you start drinking more water, cut your fast food eating out by one day a week, reduce your sugar intake, or just start reading daily something about health.

Pick something that you feel you can stick with and have a real change happen. Don’t worry if it is a small change. It is a start and it adds up overtime.

If you want to make a commitment share what real change you are going to make below. If you want to see what change I am making for the new year to help better my health then look below.
