This chocolate milk is truly healthy for you, unlike the sugar-laden kind you would buy at the store. It’s something you can really feel good about giving your kids…and yourself too
Mixing in the cocoa powder is a breeze with a stick blender (a.k.a. immersion blender). You can double, triple, or quadruple this recipe easily as needed; just be sure to always use half the amount of total milk to mix the cocoa in, and use a larger container as well to avoid splatter. If you are not on a sugar-restricted diet, you can use some real maple syrup to sweeten instead of the stevia.
Refreshing “Fresh Fruit” Slushies

Slushies are great on a warm day, but commercial slushies you’d buy at the corner mart are full of refined sugars like high fructose corn syrup. These slushies on the other hand are not. They are sweetened with fresh fruit and Stevia, so they are great for you! And you can make just about any flavor, or even a combination of flavors. (I’ve listed a few of our favorite combos below.) If desired, you can also use frozen fruit instead of fresh, but will probably need to use less ice and/or a little more water. If you have a Vita-mix, leave the peels on your fruits that have an edible peel (such as apples), as they add extra vitamins and nutrients.

This eggnog is spiced “just right” and it’s healing diet approved…..there’s no sugar in it and it still tastes great. You’ll be wanting glass after glass of this creamy concoction. I know my kids sure love it!

This drink is as simple as it gets……..and tastes absolutely refreshing anytime of day or night! It is an easy way to use those empty vanilla bean pods that you scraped the seeds out of for another recipe. If you want to make this milk drink and don’t have any empty vanilla bean pod, you may cut a fresh vanilla bean in half ‘length-wise’ and throw one half of it in the milk, seeds and all.

Lemonade is such a refreshing summer drink. The strawberries is this strawberry lemonade makes this drink extra special and even more refreshing on a hot summers day. Perfect for a party, or just anytime you need a special pick-me-up. This recipe easily doubles to make 2-quarts if needed.

Two of my most favorite flavor combination’s are what makes this shake so scrumptious…chocolate and mint. This shake gets its minty flavor and a boost of greens/omega 3s from the flavored greens powder.
